About IMC

Industrial Motor & Controls (IMC) is a manufacturers' representative for power transmission, bearings, chain drives, belt drives, couplings, motion controls, electric motors, motor controls, variable speed drives, and electrical products. With sales offices in northern and southern Ohio and Pittsburgh, IMC provides exclusive application and support for Ohio, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Indiana.

As stocking representatives, we maintain over $6 million in product inventory at our warehouses in Cleveland and Cincinnati for immediate will-call or delivery. Our sophisticated stock programs ensure our OEMs and distributors excellent pricing, consistent availability and on-time performance.

IMC is in its second generation of management and ownership. Originally started by Pat Simko in 1974, sons Ken and Matt Simko are the principals in IMC, and each covers a specific territory for all our product lines.

Currently, our professional staff includes seven outside application engineers with over 160 years’ experience in power transmission, motors, drives and controls. Keeping up with the continued technological advances in the industry, IMC offers drive solutions with state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical products.

IMC is dedicated to superior customer service with rapid response and solutions. Our knowledge and experience has enabled IMC to grow very aggressively since 1974, and we plan to continue to expand to meet the needs of a complex and evolving market.
